We needed to get a coffee machine and when distance is an issue you need someone you can trust and CCS are the ones to trust. From the initial phone call we knew we were in good hands. From the quote, to acceptance to having it prepared and collected for delivery was professional, quick and above all else, easy. Nothing was too much hassle. The after sales service was second to none with being able to speak to a tech and have them talk me through the final set up for our specific situation. Things were broken down into simple step by step instructions so I was able to follow along easily. The quality of coffee and chocolate powder sent was amazing. I could not fault the service I got. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and spent a considerable amount of time with me discussing all things coffee and coffee equipment. Can’t recommend them highly enough. It is also great to know that the same people will be able to service my machine when necessary. Overall a great experience!
